  • 225 g Butter
  • 165 g Brown sugar (I used 100g)
  • 180 g Water
  • 110 g Plain flour
  • 35 g Self raising flour
  • 50 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 2 Eggs ( whole egg -70g each)
  • 80 g Rum
  • Fudge frosting
  • 45 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 75 g Brown sugar
  • 160 g Icing sugar (I used 50g)
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder (I used Valrhona)
  • 2 tbsp Rum
