Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1¾ cups buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons of Nutella
  • 110 grams of unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
  • 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon of condensed milk
  • Extra Easter mini eggs for decorations
  • 1 cup of full cream milk
  • ¾ cup of caster sugar
  • ½ cup of creamy peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
