Ingredients

  • 3 Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup of old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 serving
  • 1 cup of cooked oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree (sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon and sugar)
  • 1/3 cup of Sahale Snacks Maple Pecans Glazed Mix
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 1/8 cup Milk
  • 1 cup of cooked oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup Sahale Snacks Raspberry Crumble Cashew Mix
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup of cooked oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup of pomegranate seeds (you can sub any type of berry if you can’t get pomegranate)
  • 1/3 Pomegranate Vanilla Flavored Cashews Glazed Mix
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
