  • 2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups shredded unsweetened organic coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups Splenda or sugarfree alternative of choice, like erythritol
  • 1 cup unsweetened organic applesauce
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
