  • 4 tbs chia seeds
  • 4 tbs ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2-1 cup water, depending on how thick you want it
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • nuts or nut butter (optional as an add on)
  • fruit (try berries) (optional as an add on)
