Take flour in a bowl/besan. Also,I chopped some cilantroleaves to use in rasam and curry. Take chopped cilantro,tomato and all other ingredients in mixy jar except oil
Garnish with chopped cilantro/mintleaves and serve hot with the Chapathi/ Roti/ Poori. I am going to make the most out of this season by making interesting, yummy and healthy recipes that can be had along with IndianFlatbreads like Chapathi, Roti, Naan, Paratha, malabar Paratha and Pooris
In a bowl take wheatflour, add methi leaves, green chili, garlic, jeera and salt. These parathas are a combination of greens and some indian spices and is so easy to make as they are not stuffed and directly added to the flour
The preparation of this staple food requires simple ingredients, wheatflour, salt, oil and water. As it is made of whole grain wheat, it makes a healthy & delicious accompaniment to any masala curry
The dough will be sticky at first but by constant kneading it will be a soft ball. Mix flour,sugar,salt, baking soda, egg and 3 tbsp oil
You may need to add a bit of flour or water depending on the weather and flour you are using. You will need to knead it a bit by had at the final mix but do not over do it
Make a well in the centre and add warm milk-water mix, little by little and start making dough. Though i was baking often and experimenting with Whole grain flours, i didn't get time to click pictures of the bread, since i baked only a small loaf and that too got over immediately
Finely chopped cilantro. Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and stir to mix. We all know that a side dish using potatoes are perfect match for poori/puri ( puffed Indianbread)
