Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk + 4 tbsp 30 g cornstarch (a bit more – 35 – 40 g – facilitates unmoulding, but 30 g is sufficient, too) 35 g sugar 10 drp vanilla essence
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 50 g ungesalzene Butter
