  • for the pizza dough
  • 500 g strong white bread flour
  • 325 ml luke warm water
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fast action dried yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • for the olive oil white sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 heaped tablespoons plain flour
  • ½ litre of milk
  • ½ teaspoon powdered vegetable stock
  • 100 g finely grated strong cheddar or parmesan cheese
