Ingredients

  • Ombre White Chocolate Mousse
  • 10 ounces white chocolate, chopped into very small pieces
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, plus 1 1/2 cups Gel food coloring in blue, green and orange (these are great)
