Ingredients

  • 15 cm cake
  • Chocolate chip cake
  • 60 g ......................... All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp ..................... Baking soda
  • 35 g ......................... Cocoa powder
  • 80 g ......................... Vegetable oil (I use rice bran oil)
  • 80 g ......................... Whipping cream
  • 1 tsp ........................ Lemon juice
  • 100 g ....................... Granulated sugar
  • 1 ............................. Egg
  • 1/2 tsp ..................... Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ..................... Salt
  • 30 g ......................... Chocolate chips
  • Crushed strawberry buttercream
  • 60 g .......................... Unsalted butter
  • 50 g .......................... Icing sugar
  • 30 g .......................... Whipping cream
  • 100 g ........................ Strawberry, chopped
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick insert into a center come out clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
