  • 2 TB Olive Oil
  • 500 g Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 can (385g) Mushrooms, sliced, drained
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 t Garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups Beef Stock
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 can (115g) Tomato Paste
  • 1 TB Sugar
  • 1 t Italian Dried Herbs
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 250 g (1/2 pack) Spaghetti, broken in half
  • Cheddar Cheese, grated, to top {additional}
