I’m really excited to share with you anotheronepot meal and this one is a bit different. I love these types of casseroles because they’re so easy to hide veggies in them for those picky veggie eating type of people
 So I adapted it to work as a standalone dish.  I had to change it a little bit because it was part of a weeklong menu and called for ingredients leftover from another meal

This is an another variety which I cooked first time. Onepot pasta means where you all add the veggies,pasta,some spices in a vessel or pot with enough water and cooks til it done
It’s filled with flavor and keeps the ingredients to a minimum. This delicious and lightened up creamy chicken, broccoli, andrice divan can all be made in onepotand in under 30 minutes
Add rice, broth, honey, soy sauce, vinegar and peas and bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on the outside, about 2 minutes. Add peppers and cook 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Add carrots, ginger and garlic and cook 1 more minute, stirring. Cover, reduce the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes until rice is tender
Rinse rice under cold water by gently scrubbing the rice with your fingertips in a circling motion. Pour out the milky water, and continue to rinse until the water is clear
You can use chicken boned pieces for this,but here i used medium size drum sticks. Fold well every thing and add few more cilantro before serving with hot rice or rotis
cook for one more minute finally by closing with lid, so that rice get the flavor of pepper. Mix thoroughly and cook covered on low flame for one minute and add in pepper powder
Rasam is one of the comforting dish in south indian cuisine. Then pressure cook until done. After releasing air using potato masher,press the cooked dal+ chana to make it little bit soft and pulpy
