Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 12 ounces (350 g) spaghetti broken in half
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 pound (500 g) ground pork
  • 2 large tomatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1,5 cups water
  • 0,5 teaspoon dried oregano crumbled
  • 0,5 teaspoon dried basil crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • black pepper, salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan or mozzarella cheese
