We made these egg sandwiches right after I strained my hand (ugh, I know) and I wasn't planning on taking pictures because strained hand + pictures = real strugglz
That means brown sugar ribs, deliciously fatty, sweet and salty and openfaced melted cheese sandwiches with shrimp for a lighter but no less finger-licking-food entree with tossed arugula and homemade crouton salad and end of the season sautéed asparagus for greens
In fact Denmark hasn’t even had a look in, so it seemed about time to change that with these classic smørrebrød, or Danish open [faced] sandwiches as you might know them
Of course they can easily turn out into a proper sandwich for lunch. Such an easy and tasty appetizer this one which can be served any time regardless the season

So has this Golden Sandwich Bread. Butter the bread, top with a mixture of chopped fresh tomatoes, sandwich ham, some chopped coriander leaves, dash of black pepper, some dried oregano and finish off with a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese
