Ingredients

  • 12 rolls, and baked them in a 9×
  • 20-24 rolls For the dough:
  • 5-1 / 2 to 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 / 2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 envelopes Fleischmann
  • Rise Yeast
  • 1-1 / 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1-1 / 4 cups water
  • 1 / 2 cup milk (lowfat is okay)
  • 1 / 3 cup (about 5 tablespoons) unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange zest
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (I like Vietnamese cinnamon)
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 1 to
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
