Ingredients

  • Deliciously moreish Ryvita Thins are the perfect snack to dip, dunk and devour with friends and family. They've added mature cheddar and a tongue-tingling sprinkle of cracked black pepper to this award winning flavour - enjoy!
  • 55 g butter, chopped, plus extra for greasing the baking tray (4 TBS)
  • 235 g of self raising flour (1 3/4 cups)
  • 60 g walnuts, roughly crushed (scant 2/3 cup)
  • (I like to toast my walnuts first)
  • 150 ml milk (5 1/2 fluid ounces)
  • 3 TBS Branston Orchard Fruit Chutney, plus extra to serve
  • 1 small egg, beaten
  • Ground Black pepper and pink pepper corns
  • A selection of cheese to serve
