  • 30 g bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 20 g caster sugar (can substitute with brown sugar)
  • 15 g vegetable oil
  • 40 g soy milk
  • 1 egg 食材

  • 90 g grounded mochiko (i first grounded all my mochiko then measure out 90g) to replace glutinous rice flour and bread flour
