Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 kg ossobuco
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 rosemary springs
  • 1/2 bunch thyme
  • 2 fresh bay leaves
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 400 g tin diced tomatoes
  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • 225 g green lentils
  • 1 kg rodelas de ossobuco
  • 1 cebola
  • 1 cenoura
  • 250 ml vinho branco
  • 400 g de tomate picado
  • 225 g lentilhas verdes (lentilhas de Puy)
