Place ribs and marinade into a oven-safe dish. Trim as much fat off ribs as possible. When ready to cook, let ribs sit out at room tempt for at least 1 hours. Preheat oven 325°F. 2 -3 lbs country-style pork ribs

Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce and broil until charred and bubbly. Place each slab of baby back ribs on a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil or a double layer of regular tin foil, shiny side down
Serve as is or with your favorite BBQ sauce. They do get messy when they bake in the oven so I like to place foil on the bottom of my baking dish/cookie sheet
