  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds russet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 5 tablespoons of the oil
  • 6 minutes
  • 40 minutes
