Ingredients

  • 450 F oven
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 large bunch fresh cilantro
  • 2 oz
  • 1/4 cup waterjuice of
  • 2 limes
  • 1/2 large white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cups ricesalt and fresh cracked pepper to taste Put the peppers, cilantro, water and lime juice in a blender or food processor and blend to a fine puree, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary
