Ingredients

  • Overnight Oats
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal (dry)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3-1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground chia seed or flaxseed
  • Stevia to taste
  • Extracts of choice (I like butterscotch, vanilla, almond, coconut, etc.)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1/3-1/2 cup fruit of choice
  • Almond/Peanut butter
