OVERNIGHT OATS WITH CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup Soya or Coconut Yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk (I usually mix coconut milk and oat milk together)
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

Instructions

    1. Mix the oats and yogurt together and allow them to soak in the fridge overnight. Top with a lot of fruit (banana, kiwi, and berries work really well) as well as nuts, chia pudding, and other desired toppings.

    2. Mix the chia seeds with the milk and allow them to soak for a minimum of 3 hours, or overnight as I tend to do.
