  • 1 large container of yogurt (2 cups) (any flavour)
  • 3 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 1/3 cups milk (or almond/soy milk)
  • 2-3 cups fruit (fresh or frozen including berries, mangoes, peaches etc.)
