Ingredients

  • 2 lbs oxtail
  • 2 cups dry
  • sugar beans
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 3 carrots cut
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 stock cubes
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 hot pepper
  • Water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 hour in hot water
  • 2 minutes
