Ingredients

  • 1.5 dl water
  • 1-1.5 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sambal
  • 5-6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 kg fresh
  • king prawns
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g rice noodles
  • 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro To make the pad thai sauce, bring the water to a near boil (I do this in the microwave), remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients.
