Ingredients

  • 12 popsicle molds
  • 12 strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) mandarin orange slices in juice, drained
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup cream or half 'n' half
  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup whole milk, divided
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, divided
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla, divided
  • 8 popsicle molds
  • 24 sweet red cherries, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons Grenadine (or simple syrup)
  • 1 cup full fat or reduced fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 8 popsicle molds
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 can (14 ounces) lite unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 16 popsicle molds
