Ingredients

  • 1 Packet fresh spinach (approximately 500 gms)
  • 200 g Cottage cheese (Paneer)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 medium sized Onion; finely chopped
  • 5 cloves Garlic; peeled & minced
  • 2 Serrano Green chillies or to taste; destemmed & finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Dried fenugreek leaves (Kasoori methi); lightly roasted in a pan & ground to a fine powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
