At this point you can choose to store it in the fridge/ freezer in an airtight container or you could blend/ purée it using an immersion blender or in the regular blender and then freeze it

Keep cooking until the milk splits/curdles. An easy palakpaneer recipe that guarantees the best flavor – creamy, nutty and fragrant spinachgravy served with tender paneer
Now add the paneer cubes and few tbsp of water and cook until little thick gravy is formed. Serve hot paneer mutter masala with butter nan, roti or pulao
Now add the fried paneer pieces and enough water to bring the gravy to required consistency. Back in my school and college days, whenever we go to restaurants my choice of side dish to order would be paneer butter masala
