Feel free to add more honey if it is a bit too much heat for your liking or if you want it a bit hotter add a bit more of the Colman’s mustard this is the main source of the heat
We’ve worked with Foster Farms before to showcase their local chicken products and created some great meals (like this Creamy Lemon Chicken Pasta and this Pumpkin Chicken Curry), and these Herbed Chicken Fingers are just another great addition
The olive oil spray is a must and of course the wire rack works best as it allows the hot air to circulate around the chicken (so you don’t end with a soggy bottom side)

My freshman year of college, I taught my roommates how to fry chickentenders, dredged in bread crumbs and dipped into Naturally Fresh honeymustard, which I’m pretty sure is the brand that Applebee’s used (that was my favorite)
