Ingredients

  • 1 pound of skinless chicken breast cut into tenders
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flax meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • Coconut oil spray (I used Spectrum Organics brand)
  • 2 tbs raw honey
  • 2 tbs organic dijon
