banana – mashed

apple cider vinegar

coconut flour

portions of the batter to the skillet (you can cook several at once – I usually cook 4 at a time). Cook over a medium high heat until small bubbles start to form on the top of the pancake. This will take around 1½ – 2 minutes Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side - ½ – 1 minutes Remove the pancakes from the skillet and keep them warm while cooking the remaining batter.
