Paleosausage, spinach and cauliflower casserole is just too much of a mouthful. Please don't feel that you have to eat this dish only at breakfast, though (and to prove that point I enjoyed mine at lunch this afternoon)
This easy breakfast casserole is a complete meal with eggs, potatoes and sausage. The overnight option makes this gluten free and clean eating recipe a perfect Christmas morning breakfast

These make a fantastic grab-and-go breakfast that my kids love. I like these because I can make them the night before and have a quick, portable breakfast the next day

You could call this a flatbread, and it certainly doesn’t have to be reserved for breakfast. You could also make it with eggs and eat it for lunch or dinner and still call it breakfast pizza
