  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut meat
  • 5 ozs fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia or
  • 2 teaspoon raw honey

  • 1 cup ice (8 ice cubes)
  • 2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (preservative free)
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon to taste
  • Raw honey or agave to taste (optional)
  • 1 ripe medium avocado (6–8 ounces) 1 peeled ripe banana
  • 1 cup ice (8 ice cubes)
  • 1 cup almond milk
