  • 40 g Blue Cheese – grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg – beaten
  • Plain flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • Milk
  • Used vanilla pod (optional)
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 x sea bass fillets
  • 50 g chorizo – chopped into small pieces
  • Handful peas
