  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup diced shallots
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cabernet sauvignon (red wine)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
