Ingredients

  • Greek Orzo
  • 1/2 cup of raw orzo
  • 1/4 cup of kalamata olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup of diced roasted pepper
  • 1/4 cup of zucchini diced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • Pan Seared Ocean Perch
  • 2 fillets of Ocean Perch fish
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
