  • 2 eggs or 1/2 c all-white liquid egg substitute
  • 3 Tbsp. ground flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 pkts. Sweetener of choice or 1 Tbsp honey
  • cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
