Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups masa harina
  • 1 tablespoon + scant
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup milk of your choice (I used almond milk)
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk (can use low fat)
  • 2 tablespoons milk of your choice (I used almond milk)
