Ingredients

  • 250 gr Cake flour
  • 225 gr Fine
  • white sugar
  • 120 ml Vegetable oil
  • 7 Egg yolks
  • 160 ml Coconut milk
  • 20 ml Fresh
  • pandan juice
  • 10 ml Vanilla extract
  • 7 Egg whites
  • 2 gr Cream
  • 1/2 cup softened salted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup finely ground almonds
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 5 ounces good quality, dark, semi-sweet cooking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup very soft unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated and at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup almond meal (finely ground almonds)
  • 1/2 cup cake flour
