  • Shortcrust Pastry
  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) plain flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 125 g cold unsalted butter, cut into small chunks
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) iced water
  • 2 teaspoon pandan extract
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 whole large egg
  • 1/2 cup CSR caster sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
