My impulse on making this PandanKaya comes from Celes (Celestial Delish) who recently shared with us some of her delicious homemade kaya as we were both inspired by Chef Ann's mentioned on making kaya using Joyoung soymilk maker during the media preview (read more here)

For this recipe, I have made some changes as I skipped the steps on blending the pandan juice and replaced with Pandan paste and added more coconut milk with some water to substitute the liquid portion
Mix coconut cream, fresh milk, condensed milk and concentrated pandan juice in a bowl. This recipe also added more flour than the usual sponge cake recipe to help the cake keeps its shape after cooling down
