  • 200 ml coconut milk (Kara brand)
  • 2 large egg
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp pandan juice
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 3 blades pandan leaf
  • (If you prefer a stronger pandan flavor, add 1/4tsp of pandan paste.)

  • Sponge Roll
  • 3 egg white
  • 70 g caster sugar
  • 4 egg yolk
  • 45 g cake flour
  • 10 g rice flour/corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 40 g veg. oil
  • 1/3 tsp pandan paste
