Ingredients

  • 18-20 mini pukis
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon dry active yeast
  • 6 tablespoons warm water (110 - 120 F)
  • 2 tablespoons pandan paste.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Add desired fillings and gently press into the little cakes.
