Ingredients

  • 14 cm round
  • Sweetened Red Bean
  • 50 g red bean 红豆
  • 100 g water 水
  • 65 g raw sugar 黄沙糖
  • Pandan Cake Layer
  • 135 g water 水
  • 6 g pandan leaves 香兰叶
  • 50 g top flour 低筋面粉
  • 30 g fine sugar 细糖
  • 40 g sweetened red beans 蜜红豆
  • For Philips Avance Rice Cooker, pour in 300ml water into the pot, place the cake batter over a steamer stand, select "Steam" function, and set "cooking time" as 15 minutes
