Ingredients

  • 4 large or 5 medium Green chilies – 2
  • ½ inch piece (finely grated)
  • ½ cup
  • 1 small stick
  • Bay leaf – 1
  • Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 8 – 10 minutes.
  • Now add the kasuri methi and mix. Cook for another 2 minutes and then remove from heat.
  • Serve hot with phulkas, roti or rice!
