Ingredients

  • 200 Gms Paneer (or Tofu), Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 medium Onions, Roughly chopped
  • 1½ teaspoons chopped Ginger
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Meal
  • 2 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Kasuri Methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon or to taste Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ¾ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Garlic powder (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Coriander for topping
