  • cup of whole wheat flour
  • cup of crumbled soft paneer
  • to 1/3 cup yogurt (optional, I use to avoid the soaking time)
  • to 2 green chilies minced or paste
  • tsps oil (I have never tried without using oil, you could try if you wish)
