Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 1 mace
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 tsp Sahi jeera
  • 1 big onion or 3 medium onion sliced
  • 1 cup cubed Cottage cheese/paneer
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup French beans
  • 1 big potato cubed
  • 4 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp biryani masala
  • Approximate 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp curd (beaten)
  • 10 whole cashews
  • For rice
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 Cinnamon stick

  • 5 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp Saffron stand's
  • 2 tsp kewra water
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
