  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tbs. dark rum
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbs. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Butter, for cooking
  • 4 oz mascarpone, softened at room temperature
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 Tbs. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
