  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 ) Soak the tamarind in 1/2 cup of warm water 30 minutes Strain out all the pulp and keep the water aside.
  • 2 ) Combine this tamarind water with mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, corinader leaves and grind to a fine paste.
  • 3 ) Transfer the paste into a large bowl and combine with 1 litre of water, black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  • 4 ) Chill this water for few hours.
